Put on the cuff

Fit the comfortable cuff to your arm using the two-finger rule, keeping your back supported and feet firmly on the ground. (Size: 8 3/4" -16 1/2")

Press Start

Once the cuff is secure, press the large stop/start button to begin the measurement with Quick Inflate Technology.

Automatically Sync

Data is automatically sent to the Balance Health App from the Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor.
